Internet Download Manager (IDM) é un programma che permette di accelerare i tempi di scaricamento di un file di
oltre 5 volte rispetto a quanto consentito da una normale connessione.
Inoltre, sono disponibili funzioni per la schedulazione dei download,
per la divisione di file di grosse dimensioni in parti più piccole, per
l'interruzione e per il ripristino degli scaricamenti parziali e molto
altro.

Internet Download Manager supporta servers proxy, protocolli ftp ed
http, HTTPS, protocollo MMS, firewalls, redirects, cookies, contenuti
audio in
formato MP3, contenuti video in formato MPEG.
